CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS

70S BUNGALOW

Transforming a 1970s bungalow into a contemporary luxury villa that honours its architectural heritage. Working closely with our client—a creative with exceptional taste — we're guiding every decision from concept to completion. The 360m² villa features rich walnut interiors, afrormosia window frames, and Belgian Kalei exterior plastering. The ground floor centres around an expansive living space with conversation pit and substantial walnut kitchen island, all opening onto extensive gardens. A custom blue steel staircase creates a striking entrance statement. The lower level takes on a moodier palette with second living area, guest accommodation, and wellness facilities. Travertine and bronze details thread throughout both floors, creating visual continuity. Our team is currently completing all bespoke elements—wardrobes, kitchen joinery, and bathroom installations. With pool renovation and garden landscaping also underway, this represents the kind of comprehensive luxury transformation we love to undertake.
