RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the product. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the final product.

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following product: [product name], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

After notifying us, send the product back within 14 days to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise. For large or bulky products, we will tell you the expected return cost before purchase where applicable.

Products must be returned with reasonable care. You may inspect a product as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cheapest standard delivery charge. We will use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may delay the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent back.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, where legally permitted, to:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Sealed audio, video, or software products once unsealed.

  • Digital content supplied immediately after purchase where you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right.

  • Services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement.

  • Other statutory exceptions that apply to the specific product or service.
